Russell has had a stellar career in some of the world’s finest restaurants, including the famous Connaught Hotel in London’s Mayfair under the guidance of Michel Bourdin.  During this intensive London based experience, Russell worked under Albert Roux at his world acclaimed restaurant, Le GavrochéHe also worked in France with the Troisgros  family at their  restaurant Le Frere Trois Gros.In Australia Russell’s acclaim continued as Executive Chef of Australia’s first six – star hotel (Palazzo Versace) and then as Executive chef of the much- awarded Michael’s Riverside Restaurant in Brisbane, Australia.
